Please make sure the correct address is selected when ordering the item. If the address is incorrect, we are more then happy to change it. Please contact us with your order number so we can change that for you.
If you are ordering internationally, and have selected the incorrect postage region, an invoice will be send for the difference in postage costs. Once this is paid, the item will be made and shipped.
Usually shipping times are 1-5 business days. If it is any longer, you will be notified by the email you have given at checkout. We will always keep you in the loop.
International shipping can take up to 30 days depending. We will always try to keep track of the parcel to make sure it is getting to you within a decent timeframe. Please keep in mind that sometimes we are unable to see the tracking status once landed in your country.
Cost are based on or around what the standard postage prices are. We charge a flat rate for all customers to keep costs as low as possible. If you wish to receive the item(s) sooner please let us know so we can arrange a postage cost tailored to your needs.
